Tax Consultant

I've been thinking of doing something a little different with just a little chunk of money. It would have some tax implications though, and I'm no expert...not even close...heheh. Soo...

Does anybody have any advice for a general tax consultant? Not one who's looking for a percentage of investments or anything like that. Just one who will give some advice for a fee, or something like that.
