GEM range
 

How far will a 2010 GEM go on fresh Trojan batteries, fully charged. I am interested in real world Village miles, not GEM literature miles.

Also, would there be a benefit in converting to Lithium batteries? About how much would that cost? What kind of range could I expect?

The lithium batteries have failed the test on the Gem regardless of the price, maybe next year for those.
Trojan wet cell 12 volts with a battery fill system should get 35 miles per charge. But only get 2 years life.
