Just shared this with my entire address book. You're right, it's not about politics, it's just the right thing to do. Happy Holidays!

I always make it a point to talk with them when time allows and when there is no time,
I feel guilty. Now I know what to do......Thanks

I have a good friends son leaving for Afganistan shortly. I have spoken my thanks to him. Now after reading this post I will really feel comfortable speaking to any soldier.
Thanks for the reminder.

Eddie, I used to like you! Every time I see this video, I start bawling. I keep remembering my brother and I being spit (literally) at SFO when he came home from one of his Nam tours. I'm so glad we finally understand that the troops do not start the wars, they just try to do the best they can to do what is right. It is good that we can thank them and I thank you through my tears.
