Scooter licensing
 
Does anyone have info on licensing a 49cc scooter. Where? Cost? Insurance? Would I need to be a Florida resident? Thanks

No license or insurance required in Florida for any scooter under 50cc., but you are limited to streets with 35mph max speed.
