Beware of this vent cleaning company
 

DO NOT FALL (AS WE DID) FOR THE SCARE GAME PLAYED ON US

We used ADVANTAGE AIR CONDITIONING OF INDIAN RIVER LLC WE WERE STUPID AND GOT TAKEN.

Was supposed to be about $125 to clean the vents. We paid $600 after
we were told we had mold which was only on the outside cover we saw that the coils and all else were clean. By the time he was finished we had a
UV light $100 put in and he put two different cleaners (or so he said) to kill mold and germs. The cleaners he put in cost $225/ea. To clean vents it was $50. If he had to come back the price would be $1200.

He was in a small van with no markings. There were so many signs.
WE REALLY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

Anytime any airconditioning contractor says you have mold in your unit always get a second and even a third opinion from a qualified licensed and insured contractor.
