We are looking for recommendations for upholstery services in the area or in Ocala. Jackies is advertised in the Village Sun. Anyone have experience with this firm or any others. Thanks.

Your post is old, but I'm looking for a reupholster. Did you use Jackies or find someone else?

I recently used Auroroa's Upholstery in Wildwood. 352-348-1748. They are on Main St. (301) in Wildwood. She did a nice job recovering my dining room chairs. They are box seats and therefore required cording around the top and bottom edge. She matched all the stripes beautifully. We paid $40 per chair but I supplied the fabric. I would imagine her prices depend on the amount of work required and cost of fabric and stuffing as needed. I would use her again. She promised the work to be completed in 2 weeks but called and the work was done 5 days early.
