Developer Involvement at TV Hospital
 

Does the Developer or Family have input to TV Hospital? Are there any TV personnel on the Board of Directors?

I know the developer has the ability to appoint several board members but I honestly do not know the number. I'm fairly certain it is a minority of the not-for-profit system. The Villages Regional Hospital is part of the "Central Florida Health Alliance" which also owns the hospital in Leesburg and a number of outpatient facilities.

Their Nurses recruitment area is FUBAR. None of the phone numbers work, nothing but voice mailboxes that are never answered.

Seems to be a very closed system.

Does anyone have a Hiring/recruitment contact at the Hospital?

Why not stop in at the hospital and ask?

Yup, sure will stop by.. as soon as My Nurse gets here. She spent time on the phone today and didn't get anywhere. She works in the D.C. area. Much more open Hospital recruitment process there.

Just trying to do some leg work. Doing our best to become full timers.

Almost all hospital jobs are posted online these days. Do a search for Central Florida Health Alliance careers and you should find a list of all open positions along with application instructions. Most hospitals will only accept applications online.

Human Resources was moved to Leesburg Regional Medical Center-that location will hire both for TVRH and Leesburg. Not sure why with the expansion--but heard this week HR is at Leesburg now. Good luck
