Driveway resealing for Stone Creations driveway
 

Had our driveway and lanai done by Stone Creations and it is now time to have it resealed. Any suggestions on who may do this type of work and who is reliable?
Stone Creations has put us off for 4 months......

I had St. creations quote me back in Dec. I immediately committed to their services. I am still waiting.......they call every month and "reschedule" my job, due to inclement weather. I dont think we have had that many rainy days.....anyone have other comments on their doing work for you.? I am about to cancel their work with me, but I do like the look they provide.

The completed work they did on my lanai did look nice...for a while They had delayed us a couple of weeks back in Aug 2012 due to weather, but their post contract follow-up is awful. I wanted them to fix some defective "blocks"; they came over twice and looked at it, said they would have to talk back in the office, and never responded to my 3 subsequent requests for status. Should have known they would be a problem as they have a low score in the BBB ratings

I tell anyone who asks that I would not use them again. Just not responsive.

I would not call Stone Creations. They used a reseller on our driveway that we think was bad....driveway now looks terrible and they will not respond to our emails and phone calls. Trying to decide now what to do next. They charged several hundred dollars for the resealing and we want the money back or the repair done.

Stay clear of Stone Creations. They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
