Cheer Up, it's Saturday
 

Way to many depressing threads. One hour from now, the bands will start. Two hours, the happy hour starts at the pub. Even the singles will be getting together tonight. This is The Villages not prison. I am going to be happy in spite of all the negativity on here today. Sign off your computers and get out in the sun.

I wish I was in TV today. I would be enjoying the outdoors and all the activities TV offers. We are counting down the days until we come for our first visit.

And you will love, I promise. We have fun people and great food and courteous drivers. Are all the people fun, the food always top shelf and all drivers safe, NO, but trust me, it is not a living nightmare that some portray here today. I have played, ate and driven all over the world and The Villages is wonderful.
P.S. This site is normally not so depressing either. Must be that we all miss the snow birds. LOL:MOJE_whot:

Every day should be Saturday. !!!!!!!!

We have snowbirds that come here and they have all gone home and we are truly missing them. Yep I have noticed today a bit of grumpy people. I visit TOTV everyday wishing we were there. If all the resources I have viewed are as good as they say we will be there as soon as our house sells. We have already listed so God willing we will be there soon.

Good luck. Don't forget to bury the St Joseph.

You are correct. Actually you do not know the day of the week until Sunday because the newspaper is bigger!
