Best dish ever this weekend at Sweet Tomatoes
 

We were at Sweet Tomatoes for dinner last night and had the BEST veggie stir fry on udon noodles. The asian ginger sauce was outstanding!! It was so good that both of us had 4 helpings! Hope that they continue to serve it periodically. A bit labor intensive as it is cooked fresh when the serving container is empty and it takes about 5 minutes to stir fry. However it is worth the wait.
