Savannah Concert Series
 

The forms for Concert Series Renewal at the Savannah Center are out. We are disappointed in the shows scheduled for the '08/'09 season and the raise in prices. When we virst came to TV, the price was $70, then $90 and now $140. Anyone agree??

I agree the prices are getting higher and higher even for the individual shows. I'm joining again as I don't think the shows will be that bad. I would like better shows but without a "proper theater" we will not get them.

Of the "A" performances in our package for next year, there are several that I am looking forwad to seeing. We only disliked one of the shows so far this year and last night, John Davidson really wowed the crowd!!! :#1:

I'm interested in purchasing the Concert Series package for '08-'09. As a newer resident of TV, what is the recommended procedure for obtaining good tickets. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I too am looking to purchase the Concert Series for the first time. I called the Entertainment office and was told that this will be available at the end of February. Right now, only those who already have been subscribers can renew their tickets.

:agree: We won't renew our concert series ticketsfor the 08-09 season. We were very disappointed in the offerings and the prices have really escalated since we arrived in 04. The prices for shows in TV we always considered a bargain. We are from the San Francisco Bay Area where you pay as much for one ticket as you do for a whole series here; so, the price isn't really the issue. The previous years were great shows were so much better. I'd love to know what happened.
