Food Lovers Fat loss System
 

Well I boo booed again. Watching those darn infomercials hooked me into calling about this lose weight easily and eat the foods you enjoy. Anyone out there have any good luck with this. Food Lovers fat loss system??::undecided:

I never call those numbers anymore. Been stung too many times. They get your credit card to send you the wonderful product, then they keep on sending and billing, and finally when you try to cancel it's next to impossible BECAUSE they have your credit card.Just don't do it. Remember, anything that sounds too good to be true, usually is.

I cut out all beer eat only salads protein veggies no bread only drink water an lost 10 lbs. this week. Works pretty good

There is no magic "pixie dust" that will make you lose weight. There are many diets that work, but it all boils down to one thing......you must burn more calories than you consume. The only way to burn calories is through expending energy.
