have mold & mildew on exterior vinyl siding are there any reputable companies out there any that can do the job

There are many companies who will wash the outside of your house. The cost runs between $45 and $55. Don't pay more than that and don't pay until they've completed the job to your satisfaction. You should move or cover any plants because the cleaning solution most likely has a form of bleach and could damage your plants.

I too had Mold on the outside of my house and I went to Lowe's and got a small pump up sprayer and filled it with 1/2 water and 1/2 "OutDoor" Bleach. I sprayed this all over the siding and in 5 minutes after spraying it off with the waterhose it was COMPLETELY gone and looked like new.

All the materials weren't over $50 including the sprayer and 2 gallons of bleach (outdoor bleach!!)

I've been bitten too many time by these scammers and now with my asthma seeming to get worse I'm looking for someone to clean AC ducts and install an UV light. Any ideas "please" pm me....
