I remember seeing a sign somewhere (maybe Mt. Dora) that Birks can be repaired or renewed. Does anyone have info on this? Love my Birks and would look into this before buying another pair. Thanks for any info.

Think the shoestore over near Bargains and Treasures can help you. They have a repair person in the back of their store.
