Restaurants fail inspections even though they know an inspection is always possible. Can you ever imagine the condition of restaurants if there were none. I did take a deep breath before looking at that web site for our favorite restaurant. Thanks for mentioning this web site.

You do have to take them with a grain of salt but at least it keeps them on their toes.
