Build out in two years?

So maybe the end is near?

Was this sent you by an agent named Liz? I received the same e-mail few days ago and I posted it and people said it was a sales ploy. I'm wondering if it was just my agent sending this out or if they are all doing it.

Ask the people in polo ridge just north of 466. Like 14 years ago, "no more south of 466". Then 466 to 466A to 44 to fruitland. No big deal cause I still think it is all good

Build out is a myth.

E-Mail is a sales ploy to craete a sense of urgency among buyers.

I first saw TV back in 07 and build-out date was, 2010.

Bought in 2014.

Build-out still going on.

Only Gary Morse knows when build-out will end, and he's not making that info, available to the public. IMHO

My speculation is 2020, and I am probably wrong!!!!

When the Developer cannot buy land contiguous to TV at a reasonable price you will reach build-out. Two-three years is a pretty good educated guess as you look at land availability.

so.......someday....there will be no new homes!

Merely a statement. A point in time. A fact of life(?). A so what!

It certainly is not going to affect those who want to move to TV as there will always be turnover.....anywhere from 5-15% (WAG).

Look at the positive side which will be the traffic reduction of all the construction equipment, multitude of contractors and all the door to door hawkers attracted to new home evolution.

I am not sure why there is any comfort in continuous, ongoing new construction.

another fine example of the BS that the sells people put out! saying there will be a build out is like saying macdonalds have sold enuf hamburgers

There's a lot of vacant land between 44 and the turnpike...

I heard the same thing from my sales agent 2 1/2 years ago when we purchased our land in Charlotte...and the building continues. When the build-out comes, and all the construction vehicles are gone, THEN I'll believe it!
