Anyone use McLin Burnsed for wills, trusts, etc? Saw them in November 2013 and didn't get draft back until May 2014. Made my changes and still waiting for final documents to be ready. Is this timeframe normal?

We used them and I think it took about a month. Ours was simple though. Could be there were some hang ups or it could have been complicated. They did an awesome job for us and we were very impressed by the way the signing was handled and they provided us with a binder with organized copies of everything on the spot. Maybe a telephone call is in order for them to explain what the reason is.

7 months is a L-O-N-G time.

It took us approx 30 days.

A phone call is definitely in order...and I would speak to Jeff Skates directly. He is the Partner responsible for Estate Planning.
