how to exchange White's Couch too shallow.
 

I have a new couch & love seat, it was delivered last week. I just tried to sleep on it and determined that is too shallow. It is a $3,000+ couch set. I ordered it but went with standard fabrics that were offered. How do I word asking for a replacement couch with more depth? I'd be willing to pay a restocking fee. I just don't want them to say I'm out of luck....

I think if you ask within 30 days you will be OK. But you may have to go to the store to select a replacement. It may cost more than the original.

Why not just call hem and let them know your dilemma? White's is a reputable store in the area so I would think they would work with you on this. Let us know the outcome!
