Bose stuck CD how to get it out?

Some how my music cd is stuck in the slot. Not my week for electronics!
It goes to : read cd, I then pressed stop, then eject.....it just does nothing.
Any suggestions?

Try unplugging it for 30 seconds to reset it. That's all I got. Good luck.

The solution may not be consistent between different products BOSE have on the market. Have you tried their support yet? Here is the support page where you'll need to identify the equipment you have to proceed: Product Selection - Bose Product Support

Got a Phillips screwdriver? Take the plastic cover off and take the CD out

Turn the unit upside down and gently shake. Return to upright position and try. I've had CD's align incorrectly causing the tray to jam.

I have done that in the past and it worked for me.

If the cd is on a computer, try this. Take a paper clip, unbend it & look for a very tiny hole on front of the cd drive. Stick the paper clip in the hole while pressing the eject button.Should work is cd drive is not balanced.
