House pressure washing
 

Our new patio villa ( Cabot Cove ) was power washed when we moved in Sept 2013. We have been informed that is customary to have a house power washed every 6 months in Florida. We are somewhat confused by the ads in the service directory of the Daily Sun about pressure washing and non pressure washing ?
We also would appreciate any recommendation of a reputable company to do this service .

Egner's did a great job on our Patio Villa for $45.They spray the house with a citrus solution and then a low pressure wash.Avoid high pressure washing.They also cleaned the driveway,walkway and patio for $50.If the previous owner did this before listing the house for sale,I would have offered more money.

We have a Cumberland Villa (1685 sq ft) and I use Mold Armor purchased from Home Depot or Lowe's (paint dept.). Buy one container with the hose end sprayer and the 1/2 gallon refill for under $20.00 (you will have some left over for the next job). You never have to buy the hose end sprayer again, just refill the hose end container! The hose end sprayer shoots up to 20 ft. to the peak of our house. I wash our Vinyl sided villa about every 6-8 months (mold appears on 1 side of our home in that timeframe) take's no time to spray the house and rinse it. Simple and works fantastic! Our Villa is perfectly clean after every time I clean it.

Egner's is the best. My 16 year old home came out like it was just built. They also did my lanai at $45, total. Excellent job. 352.728.8537.

I think all power wash companies state the 6 month policy but I found that you can wait until it needs it again. Approximately 1 year.

It's not worth buying all the things you need to do it yourself, but that's me........IMHO

No Pressure
 

We used No Pressure. They do your house for 59.95. (Not sure if there is a different charge for villas or cottages) They use the same method as Edgar's, I believe. They spray this pretty smelling stuff on the house and then spray it off. They will do your lanai for an added charge that you pay directly to the worker. It's up to you to decide how much additional to pay him. We've used No Pressure three times. 352-728-2768

Used them about 3 weeks ago and they did a great job.

Egners did mine last week and I am delighted with the results. I had used Low Pressure on previous cleaning and was not happy with results. My vote is for Egners,

I called Edgars last week and left a message.They retuned my call within a few hours.Give them another call.The service is great.

We called Egner's last week, they called back within a few hours. They cleaned our house & driveway today and we are very satisfied with the results. We would definitely recommend them. (Designer - $50 + Driveway - $57)

I agree with Egner's. Usually very prompt in returning calls. I would try them again maybe there was a problem. They are the best and take due care
