Garage Door and Garage Cleaner
 

Having problems with garage door, It goes up/down in foot increments. Need someone who can tell me what the problem is. Have checked sensors.

Also, would like to hire someone to clean garage:

Empty it almost out...stuff on floor.
Sweep
Mop probably twice.
Wipe down cabinets and appliances

Anyone know anyone? Willing to pay $50.

has happened to us at various times. I know there is an adjustment screw on the backside of the motor unit. I am not well versed with this matter but a slight turn of that screw has solved our issue a couple of times. Hope this helps some.
