Help with homeowners insurance
 
Please help! We have a home for sale in Pinehurst, NC and we are having a difficult time finding an insurer because it is vacant. Has anyone had any experience in insuring a home that in another state other than Florida, esp. North Carolina?

I have contacted all major insurers and no one says they "write" such a policy.

According to this article, State Farm offers this as an endorsement. Have you tried them ?
