I am looking for a management company that will find a renter. Any suggestions?

I have a friend who wants to rent I think he wants 3 months Maybe you could save fee for rental management and deal directly

We did a lot of research when we purchased in March and decided to do a home watch. However, after speaking with different people, Bob Enck (Corky) with Remax would have been our choice if we had decided to use a management company. The rates were competitive with other agency's, they allowed us to use the house without paying to do so, and they have a user friendly web site. Corky was very gracious when we told him we would be using a home watch, wished us luck, and let us know he would help us if we changed our minds. Very professional in the way he handled our decision.

Thank you for your input! We decided to go with Hometown Management because they offer a lower rent to the buyers than the other management companies. I need to get it rented and I am willing to go with a lower price on the rent.

Consider villages4rent.com. you will get it rented quicker and will not have to pay a management company. You can use a home watcher and there is a good one on this site. Redwitch
