Sycamore Model Home?

While looking at new homes on TV site, I discovered a home listed as the Sycamore.

It looks similar to a Hammock on the outside with the bedroom area looking like a Whispering Pine possibly. The kitchen appears to be similar to the kitchen in a Fairmount Villa.

There is no floorplan or model on-line to tour.

Has anyone investigated this home? It is listed as a Designer home.

I saw the Sycamore, too. Love the look from outside, not so sure about the inside. Must be a new model? I agree - looks like a cross between a hammock and a Whispering Pine.

Good for you Asiantree. Do you like it? is the kitchen and storage big enough? Do you have a golfcart garage? We like the Seabreeze also and the Hammock.

did not offer a golf cart garage at the time so no..the kitchen is very open and we have a pony counter so can put things on the counter with out seeing them from the livingroom (coffeepot and so on) 3 bedroom is small but only putting in a full bed and nightstand...but i did like the hammock front porch, but 2 and 3 bedrooms were small, and i wanted at least a good size front bedroom

Own the Sycamore model .. Love it!! 1847 SF with two walk-ins .. One much larger than the other. One of the largest kitchens in designer homes. Love the front porch in the evening.

There is a floor plan on line now, it's actually our Hillsborough home. If you're interested send me a pm .. I've shown the home several times.

If a large kitchen is what someone is really looking for, the Bridgeport/Holly/Boxwood model's kitchen is much larger.

the Bridgeport/Holly/Boxwood model's kitchen is much larger
and very well might be the largest kitchen within the Designer group.

Go to the TV web site and select the link to look at the models. Select the floor-plan for one of the designer homes. In the address bar change the last portion of the URL to sycamore-fp.pdf and it will bring up the floor plan the Sycamore.
