Outdoor Kitchen Questions
 

We are considering doing a simple outdoor kitchen. This would be on a side wall of our lanai and would consist of about 6 feet of cabinets with a set-in grill, access door below the grill, granite counter top, and vent hood (through the roof). My questions are as follows:

1) Is a permit required?
2) What are the restrictions on where a 5 gallon propane tank can be installed? Can it be below the set-in grill or would it have to be "not directly below the grill but still in the cabinets"?
3) Any thoughts on contractors who can do this?
