WiFi in the Villages
 

Hello, I am a new Villager and will not have internet for a few weeks. Can anyone tell me where WiFi is available in the Villages.

all of the rec centers have a WIFI connection. you will need your Villages ID and PIN.

Go to Savannah Center where you can sign in for free - make sure you have your Villages ID Card with you; you probably will be asked to show it at least once.

Or, take your wireless laptop, iPad, whatever to any of the main rec centers. They have WiFi inside the buildings. You will need your Villages ID Card (for the ID Number) and your "Golf Pin Number" that you got when you purchased your home. Using those two pieces of data, you can sign in to the Internet.

All the regional rec centers have WiFi. The village rec centers do not have WiFi.

Don't forget the libraries, Starbucks and Panera all have free wifi.....

And, more often than not, someone in your neighborhood will have an unsecured router that you can sign onto.
