Surgeon
 

Need to find a surgeon, gallbladder needs to come out. Anyone have a good surgeon? And what about The Villages Hospital vs Leesburg Regional?

Dr. Tammy Luk is on staff at both of those hospitals. For me she lanced a serious abscess; for Barb she removed her gallbladder. Both procedures were at The Villages Hospital.

We were both very satisfied with the procedure, post-op and the results. Dr. Luk has a good reputation with her peers.

Do not delay this surgery.

If a gallstone backs up the pancreas you will have big problems. I speak from experience.

Dr. Luk sounds great. But she not on my insurance. :)Thanks for the help. Trying to find a surgeon in a new area is stressful.

Ocala Surgical Associates. There are several physicians in the practice. We had Dr. Charles Neustein. They use Monroe Regional.

Dr. Celia Nelson and for sure Leesburg hospital.

My first vote goes to Tammy Luk. Second choice is Charlie Han - he is at Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates. Great doctor who cares about his patients.

I second this referral!! Dr.Neustein operated on my husband and fixed a problem that caused him extreme pain for many yrs that no other doctor could remedy. After he operated and repaired the problem, my husband was free from suffering from 15 yrs! He found him at Monroe Reg.Hosp. which is excellent btw.
