Can anyone recommend a lawn service that cuts the grass and edges adds fertilizer once
a year and adjusts the irrigation system once a year And last but not least whats the yearly cost and are you pleased with there work

The best way to go for this is talk to your neighbors and at least three of you try to use the same service. The grass is uniform and you can frequently get a price break depending on how many get in on it.

They do a good job. This is my third company and I've owned property for ten months. I pay $40 per month.

I've found that talking to neighbours is the best way to choose a lawn service. You then know you are dealing with a reliable company that works in your neighbourhood.
