AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive

This will drive you nuts!!

The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls. :yikes:

If you can go longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been
said that the US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes.

Give it a try but be careful..it is addictive!!

Don't know if any of the Air Force BS is true, but the test is fun.

That is hard. 23 seconds after 3 trys, but I can see where it may take a long time to get good at it.

No, but I was an Air Force pilot, but never saw this test. Of course that was a long long time ago.

There seems to be a definite pattern to how and when the blocks move. It is not random. It repeats the same sequence up through the 13.7 point I have been able to reach so far.

26 seconds my best so far. That's probably with over 100 tries though. This is really addictive.

Reminds me of what I remember to be a true story, tho I was drinking a bit in those days. Can't swear to it.

1969 I was enlisted at Sheppard AFB in Tech School. Before our particular school started, we had duty where we did all types of grunt work around the base --- cheap labor and kept us busy. We were cleaning up around a hangar one day. One of our brighter coworkers jumped into the open cockpit of a trainer and started playing fighter pilot. Evidently the ejection system was still armed and the young man hit the wrong switch. Whoosh, the seat (and airman) went flying straight up through the roof. Some NCO came in screaming, hustled our fannies out of their, and marched us back to our barracks. Rumors flew higher and faster than an F-4D. Of course, no one knew exactly who the guy was -- always in another unit -- but he was dead, had been decapitated, was unharmed but court-martialed, badly maimed in the hospital, etc. etc. etc. Who knows the truth, but it was a good story for the cold Wichita Falls winter. :beer3:
