Sink w/slight drip & Toilet runs occasionally
 

Our bathroom sink has an ever so small drip. How can we fix that?

Our guest bath toilet runs and has to be opened in the back and the floaty adjusted or flush again and it stops. How can we fix that?

Or do we need a plumber/handyman for one or both? And if so...a name, if you have it.

Both of these are relatively easy fixes you can do
Buy the toilet repair kit and follow the easy instructions
The sink probably needs a new washer and thats easy as well
