Home Watch Service

We will need this service for the first time. Does anyone have any recommendations on what services are necessary, the expected cost or the names of any good providers of the home watch service? Thanks.

If you want to PM me I have a list of six "Empty Nest" services and prices. The owners provide a checklist of things to do before you leave. The prices vary quite a bit.
