I can't recommend Alex McGovern 352-432-5311 (Arctic Cooling and Refrigeration) more highly! Had 3 quotes for service ranging from $300-$550. He evaluated the problem and the total cost was $109. He is very honest, stands behind his work, is readily available and explains why he is or is not making a repair.:a040:

Based on this recommendation I called Alex at Arctic Cooling and Refrigeration. He was great. He arrived very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took care of several maintenance issues while he tested everything, and reported back that everything was operating properly. He charge me one low rate of just under $60 dollars for the service call. He gets an A+++++ in my book.

After not getting a call back from the a/c service in Ocala who did the original installation, I contacted Alex McGovern based on the very favorable comments on TOTV. It was Saturday morning and Alex returned my call with 10 minutes. He was at the house within a few hours, and would have been sooner if not for a religious obligation. He resolved the problem in under an hour, including taking time to explain what he was doing and making recommendations for future maintenance. We found Alex to be a very respectful and knowledgeable young man who's been in the business for more than 15 years. We would highly recommend Alex McGovern.

Alex replaced my condenser coil for 1/4 of the price another company quoted.
