Was thinking about doing the job myself...but thought twice...nah..
Decided to go with B&BIII Home Services - Bernie Coluccio.

Good choice. Made the appt - right on time today - 3 guys incl Bernie & son. Took one hour and they were very neat and professional. Got the metal stairway - Werner. VERY pleased with stair quality and installation - they even paint the plywood color of garage ceiling. And cleaned up perfectly.
Could not be more pleased - recommend 100%. They do many other home services - 352 561 4449. BTW - he's a TV resident too.

I've been using Bernie for a couple of years now for home watch and other tasks.
Great guy, very dependable and quite reachable when needed.

Another vote for Bernie. He did my attic stairs and garage door openers. He also does my lawn service and home watch. If I remember the attic stairs were in the$150-$200 range. But call him his cell is 518-461-1805
