Thank you all for the warm welcome...We moved here from Catasauqua, Pennsylvania,,which is north of Allentown...Born and raised in Allentown my wife and I..lived there all our lives...

Since you are new to the villages, beware of the door to door sales people, and especially the water filter people. Settle in do your research before you buy anything, this includes palms or anything else out of the back of a truck. TOTV has lots of useful info on things for newbees.

Yes ....WELCOME.....you will meet and develope new friends! We have ...neighbors the best!
My suggestion,,if your home is a preowned....maintain your yard ,but don't make any major changes to it until you have gotten the feel of the surroundings.
So my next changes will not come for a few more years...
Your neighbors in a preowned area are a great resource...that goes for lots of things!

One part you don't have to reserch too hard is TV, is the best place to retire to. :smiley: IMHO
