Real Estate Agencies???

I'm moving to TV in October. Would like to continue my career in Real Estate. What agency is the friendliest and most helpful? I'm with the best in my home state and would like to be with the best in TV. Realize everyone will have a different view point because of who they used.

By the time you go to real estate school and get your real estate license here,
you will have gotten a (slight) feel for the office where you might like to work.
During that time you will have spoken to a number of different people who have given you some insight.

In my mind, the broker of record is the key to a good office.
If you don't like the broker, nothing will be right in a particular office.

That's interesting. I was a Broker in New York State for 25 plus yrs, prior to moving here. After moving here to The Villages, I inquired about converting my license to Fl. And was told I had to either go to the RE school, or take the State exam (school was not necessary but recommended) . Florida would not recognize my NYS license. Are you from a state that has a reciprical agreement with Florida?

Closing on manufactured home in the historic section, ERA Grizzard treated me like I was purchasing a premier home. That says a lot. They have more than earned their commission. If I were considering a career of selling RE in TV I would want to work for this agency.Extremely professional!

I am lucky that my state and Florida License are compatible. All that I have to do is submit an application, another FBI background check, and $105. I do have to stay active in my home state for 5 years. (worth it). Is your license active in Florida?
