Went by there today and the sign was down. Gave a call to the restaurant number and talked to the owner. He's trying to find a location closer to TV but is still catering if anyone is in need of that. 352-314-7285

Think TGIF LSL. Sure would like to see something there.

...as a friend of some guy who knows of some gal who looked into the old T.G.I.Friday site,
but not as a restaurant.

...during due-diligence, found ....
.....available Parking at low to very low during "Prime Time"
..........less than desired amount of non-prime-time parking.
...............square footage exceeded the need
.........................therefore, 86'd possible usage of this site.

...also looked at the Coldwater Creek site
......decided that parking, in their opinion, less desirable for this site
.........Parking for handicap access was, in their opinion, awkward .
.................the approximately $160,000.00 yearly lease was doable.
.......................................but.....did not need the entire 6030 sq/ ft.

Parking at TGIF was a nightmare. Coldwater Creek closed because the whole company went out of business.
