We have just returned from our lifestyle visit, excited about the contract we have on our new home in Lake Deaton. Can't wait to move down permanently in February. Any other Lake Deaton neighbors on here? :pepper2::pepper2::pepper2:

Hi Beth - We moved into our home in Lake Deaton two weeks ago. We live on Kaley Court. You will love this area and living in The Villages! We'll look forward to meeting you when you come down in February.

We moved to TV last year after 36 years in East Cobb. Other than missing friends, we haven't "looked back", not even one time. Our only regret is not moving sooner.

We too just purchased in Lake Deaton. We are on Quietwoods. Are you a neighbor? We leave tomorrow morning from the Chicago area with a partial move so that we can come down whenever we want until we retire next year (or as I have said before, sooner if we decide we are done). We are so excited to leave tomorrow we will probably not sleep tonight. We bought our house sight unseen except through FaceTime with our fabulous realtor, a Tony Trussler. Please PM me to chat!
