It is near the Arnold Palmer Golf Course walking distance to Churchill Recreational Center, close to shopping, Sumter Landing, the Lifelong Learning College, restaurants, golf courses, and pools. The villa is between Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. It is a furnished villa set up for your comfortable living. It comes with a golf cart, also.
I would prefer no pets. The rent is $1275 a month if you sign a yearly contract. A deposit of $700 is required which $100 will be kept for a cleaning fee.
