Cottage Homes

Does any one have an idea where the next new cottage homes will be built? Right now there are no new ones, but our realtor told us they would still be building them (unlike patio villas, which are not being built).

For whatever it is worth.
MY salesperson said there MAY be one more area with cottage homes and then that was it.

After that all designer and premier homes.

Have NO idea if this is true!
This is only what I was told - have absolutely zero facts to back it up !
Not even sure if the sales force knows what is going on.
