I am offering a beautifully furnished 2 bed 1 bath with walk in shower. Pocket door to master bedroom with deluxe pillow top king mattress. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. This villa has a beachy feel with colors of the ocean and shores. 42' high definition flat screen tv in the living room and 32' hdtv for any other room. There is an enclosed lanai and outdoor patio space. No pets or smoking in home or lanai please. Long term rental is 800.00 a month from now to end of Dec. 2014. Seasonal rental is Jan. Feb. Mar. 2015 for 3000.00 a month all inclusive. Additional months can be added for longer than 3 months. I was living there with my small dog but now would like to rent.
