Directions to Silver Lake

We are on a quest to golf all the courses in TV. Tomorrow we are golfing Silver Lake. After I cross the golf cart bridge over 441, the map gets a little vague. Does anyone have a tip on how to get there?

Get a $5 map.

I'll give this my best..by cart.

Cross over bridge, take road to right of lake, follow trail, take left thru gate, right on Taverson (sp?), left on Dustin (several blocks) go right b4 tennis courts, and then immediate left(not sure of name of road) into silver lake parking lot, starter shed on right...

btw thought I should mention

Course is a little ROUGH!...Don't have great expectations!

Yikes! Shorter route -

Over the bridge, follow trail to the right, go up the hill and enter the Medical Gate, turn right on Tarrson and make a quick left on Beechwood, follow to the end and you are looking at the Silver Lake rec ctr, turn right on Dustin and turn left at tennis courts onto Rainbow, parking lot for course will be on the left.

Yep, course is ragged but you can drive cart on all fairways, etc... Only thing is the par 4 hole is usually roped off.
Second set of directions are perfect and quick.

Thanks everyone. See that Baustgen, I saved $5 with a little help from my friends.

Unlike most Villages fairways, Silver Lake's go back and forth. Wear a helmet

Now someone is asking how to get to Silver Lake. However, maybe they just moved here from Oregon and don't know their way around.

Amazing.

Nope. I've lived here for 3 years and have only been up to the historic section twice, and never to golf. I am happy I brought some amazement to your life. But I do know how to check the air pressure in a tire.

Please remember that they don't want you to rake any bunkers on that course.

When you cross the golf cart bridge go left. You will go past the Paradise Dog Park and the archery range. There will be a stop sign at the archery range. Go left. You are now on Paradise Drive.

Stay on Paradise Drive past the bocce courts, horseshoes, picnic shelter, tennis courts, softball field...all on the left and the Paradise Recreation Center on your right. You will pass the fire department. You will come to another intersection where you will see the Boone Gate on your left. Boone is really the beginning or end of Morse.

Go straight through this intersection and stay on Paradise until you come to Lauren Lane, which is the first left. It is just a little strip of a road and you will come to another intersection. This is Schwartz. Take a left on Schwartz. Stay on Schwartz until you come to Heathrow. Take a right on Turnberry and you will run straight into the Silver Lake golf course.

It is easy. Left after the bridge. Stay straight. Left on Lauren. Left on Schwartz. Right on Turnberry.

Amazing.

FYI - I am renting in Silver Lake; someday I hope to become a Villager. It was my rental car that had the low tire pressure sensor come on. This was the first time during a visit to TV that I have had an issue with a rental car. I was reaching out to the knowledgeable Villagers on TOTV who could advise me on where to get the tire pressure checked. I received a couple of helpful suggestions, and I had the tire pressure checked at the WalMart on 441/27. The tire pressure is now fine. Thank you to those who gave me suggestions on where to get the tire pressure checked.

I second this post. If I'd known you needed a tire gauged, I would have sent my husband over to help you out. Please, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'll be glad to try and help you out the best I can. B.K.who also lives on the original side of TV.
