I have two rental homes that between them I have availability August through December. I am discounting the posted rent by $100 a month and $200 each month if you take two months.

First Home. This home is located in the Village of Sunset Pointe and is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home available September, October and November. This home has king size bed in the master, queen in guest room, sofa bed in the den, 3 flat screen TV's, golf cart and comes with everything you need to have a great Villages vacation.

Second Home. This home is located in the Village of Poinciana and is a 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home available August, September and December.
