How to contact Admin about Panjo Marketplace
 

Sorry to go public with this, but I haven't been able to locate how to contact Admin.

My computer freezes up every time I click on the Panjo link in a classified ad. Do I need to have something special downloaded?

Anyone else have this problem??

At the bottom of every page is a 'Contact Us' link.

We are not experiencing any functionality issues with our classified section. We suggest trying another device and see if you are experiencing this issue. Please contact us through the contact us link if we can assist.

Also, the classifieds are TOTV classifieds and not Panjo. Panjo is just a software that we license to help us manage the classifieds on our site.

Just a thought....to those advertising items, if you could please include your contact info in your post, then it really isn't necessary to click on the link. Thanks.

Not sure what that means..."manage the classified". If I follow the steps and click Buy Now, go through the name/address, etc., am I actually buying the items, without ever talking to the seller....like on ebay?

Yes that is how it is working, but Admin is aware that there is still a bit of confusion. I am sure they are working to clear that up.

... only when Panjo Ad marketplace first arrived on TOTV.

NO PROBLEMS after the first few days.....
