Lanai expansion
 

We are waiting for a bid from Brian Freitag but he doesn't seem to be on the ball.
Not sure we should hire him any one work with him or recommend someone?
Looking to enclose our current lanai in glass and expand in the back with a roof covered screened area. Live in a courtyard villa with a corner lot.
