Catering for Luau
 
I am looking for a caterer to cater a Hawaiian Luau Themed party that includes a whole pig for around 60 people. Any Ideas?

You do know that it takes about 24 hours to cook a whole pig over an open pit. I assume that you will have the pig done somewhere else and delivered to your luau party.

Whole Pig ?
 
Oakwood Smokehouse & Grill will do Ribs and Pulled Pork Catering but if you want a whole pig, try Holy Hog Barbecue in Tampa or Hardwood Smokehouse in Ocala, Rich Lucy might know.
