Some threads are given top billing--why?

New posts in some threads are apparently being filtered and sorted and not posted chronologically. Can anyone explain why some later posts show up down the page from earlier posts?

Edited... Maybe there was a momentary glitch? Seems fixed now.

my problem isn't about top billing, it's the back button. The arrow doesn't work to get back to the threads. I have to go to "New Posts" and start all over again. This only happens on this site, already tried other sites.

The back button works fine for me unless I post something to an existing thread. Then I have to go back several times. It's usually easier to click on New Threads again.

Yes! This has started happening to me in the last week. Only on TOTV.

I click on New Posts. When I find a thread I want to read, I right click the thread and click open in a new window. When I'm done reading, I close that window. The New Post window stays open to where I was.

If you are using Google Chrome you can hold down the back button untill recent history pops up with the last six sites you visited. Just select the "TV search" results and it takes you back to the main page. Helps when you are 6 or 7 pages in on the 3rd page rather than hitting the new posts again and having to go forward.

Bonny - thank you for that tidbit. It works great and saves a lot of aggravation with the back button not working.
