Long term rental available after March, 2015

November - RENTED
December - $1,500

I live in the villages but looking for 2 people that want long term year or more. Willing to pay 1100 a month year round. One works for Beef O'bradys and another works for freedom point security. Can move in October 1st. Is this available long term? All that say long term have feb and march rented so that is not long term. These two can't move in and then move out. Do you know of anyone really long term. I did the figures and 1100 equals out if they want a yearly renter instead of thinking they are making more in those months and then loosing out for long term. Thanks for your help.

Could do long term AFTER 3/31/2015. Probably would be more in the $1,500 range.
