lanai stain ideas..need advise
 

Our lanai was added on to, now the floor is two colors. We want to have it stained. We do not need fancy. Part of the lanai is under cover and part birdcage full sun. Any advise...on color, shading (of the color chosen, like darker and lighter in areas) and fading. We want easy, none fading, least dirt showing. Thanks for the advise...as always.

Be sure the new concrete is fully cured.
The stain may absorb at different rates, and you may end up with two colors again.

I would go to a paint store like Benjamin Moore, they would give you the best advice if you want to DIY.
