OMG - may he rest in peace. Loved him in "Good Will Hunting". A funny man.

What a great loss .....sad that he was in that dark place where this was his only way he saw out of it.

Too many years of too many highs and too many lows.

I know he was Bi-Polar that was pretty obvious and his highs made him seem more talented as a comedian . It is just so sad his( lows) depression was so severe. He will be so missed . Our thoughts and prayers to his loved ones...

"Williams was a member of the Episcopal Church. He described his denomination in a comedy routine as "Catholic Lite—same rituals, half the guilt."

The blessing of greatness frequently has a dark side. RIP Robin.

I remember reading an article about the pressure comedians feel to continue to be fresh and funny. It was published after the death of Richard Jeni by suicide. He also suffered from depression.

Now Robin Williams.

A source of laughter is gone and will be greatly missed. If you have ever seen his bit about golf, you are smiling right now!
