Backward arrow now works
 
I can now navigate TOTV. Could not do earlier today or for the last week. Backwards arrow now works for me.

Yes we found an issue with compatibility with IE 11 and put a solution in place. It appears to be working correctly now. Let us know if you experience any issues.
